Darby Smart review August, 2016 (+ $10 off)

Darby Smart is a subscription box that delivers all the materials you’ll need for a new DIY project every month!

This month the box came with all the supplies you need to make a personalized planner.

  1. Sn@p Simple Stories Life Documented – Sticker Sheet. Regular price: $9.99

2. Sn@p Simple Stories Life Documented – Monthly Dividers. Regular price: $8.99

3. Sn@p Simple Stories Life Documented – Day to Day Card Set. Regular price: $ 15.99

4. Sn@p Simple Stories Life Documented – Binder. Regular price: $10.71

To begin this project, I found a pair of scissors and some liquid glue to use, because the box did not include these items. I laid out all the contents and began by setting up the cover how I liked it.

When I was happy with how it looked, I glued on the pieces and allowed it to dry.

I repeated this process with the pages inside and the back cover.

The Final Result

Here is the finished project, it took about 30 minutes to decorate the binder and allow the glue to dry.

Darby Smart is $19.00 a month, and the contents of this month’s box are worth about $45.68. So this is a great value as far as cost goes, but I think the value lies more so in the experience than the cost. To me, being able to take a break and create something for myself or someone I love every month is priceless.
