Squix QBox review June, 2016 (+ FIRST BOX FREE)

Squix QBox is a monthly subscription that delivers germ-fighting products to your door every month. Each box has one set item that will be included, and the two other products you can choose. They have a huge selection of cleaning products! They’ll also include a few  surprise samples when the box comes in the mail.

The Goods

  1. Milstein’s Natural Floor Cleaner & Disinfectant Concentrate – Pine. Regular price: $5.99

This natural floor cleaner and disinfectant is made for use on most hard surface floors. To be used for general cleaning and disinfecting, it is tough on dirt and pet accidents. The combination of ingredients and essential oils creates a natural fresh pine scent. You can use this straight for tough floors or dilute it for a gentle clean. I diluted mine and used it in my Swiffer WetJet. It easily wiped up all the spills and scuff marks. I was impressed!

2. Mrs. Jones Soapbox All-Purpose Disinfecting Spray. Regular price: $9.99

CLEAN is a multipurpose disinfectant that cuts through dirt & grease and kills germs naturally. I’m going to list the ingredients just because I was really impressed by them! They are distilled H2O, lemon juice, castile soap, borax, baking soda, citric acid, vinegar, grapefruit seed extract, essential oil blend (lavender, lemon, lemongrass, and bergamot, tea tree. Pretty impressive eh?! I tried this out on my counters and table when I cleaned on Saturday, and it does work great. For the stove I ended up also using the next product on this list because the grease was a challenge for this spray.

3. Better Life Filth-Fighting All Purpose Cleaner, 32oz Clary Sage & Citrus. Regular price: $6.99

When the Mrs. Jones spray was having trouble with oven grease, I tried this Better Life spray out. This worked SO well it blew my mind! I normally use 409 which does a pretty good job, but after spraying this over the stains, they wiped right off with no trouble or pressure at all! I am used to needing to work to get everything clean but this made my job easy! I’m so happy I have it now!

4. CleanSmart Healthy Hands Alcohol Free Ionizing Cleanser. Regular price: $3.50

I’ve used a lot of no rinse hand sanitizer in my day, so I pretty much was expecting something similar to what I knew. This was a whole different ball game. It is LITERALLY UN-SCENTED as in NO scent whatsoever.. can you believe that? How can it sanitize and not smell like something lol. I assumed it would at least BE scented, like lavender since it was purple. Nope, if I had a glass of this and a glass of water and had to guess which is which without tasting I’d be helpless. ANYWAYS I can’t help but feel like it might not be working due to it’s stealthy ways.

5. Jo-Sha Lavender Wipe. Regular price: $1.00

These gentle cleaning wipes are made with pure essential oils. They can be used for anything from hands to fitness equipment. Online they are mostly sold as “yoga mat cleaning wipes”, which is great because I do a lot of yoga. I’ll probably save this one and bring it to Acro Yoga Camp this summer and use it for my mat, woo-hoo!

The total value of the products in this box is $27.47. Squix QBox is $14.98/month. I bought this box for just $4.95 (shipping only) with a code for a free box, so this box was super valuable to me! I LOVE that I just got basically every cleaning product I will need for the next month or two with less than $5 lol. I spend way too much on cleaning supplies so I MIGHT stay subscribed to this box. I’m still debating.
