Peaches & Petals review April, 2016

Peaches and Petals is a subscription for women that delivers a box of beauty, fashion, and lifestyle items to your door every month!

The Goods

  1. Sunny Day Puzzles Book. Regular price: $7.99

This book is packed with over 150 puzzles, including logic, number, and word challenges, for hours of entertainment. I enjoy Sudoku and word searches and all types of puzzles. Lately though, I have not even remembered puzzles exist as a way to pass time lol. I’ve literally watched everything Netflix has to offer, and I often find myself sitting on my couch with a random show on just bored out of my mind. Next time I’m so bored, I’ll remember my puzzle book! Woohoo!

  1. Rain Cloud Wall Planter. Regular price: $11.50

When water is added to the cloud, the plant is watered with rain drops! So cute. I don’t have any seeds immediately available to me to try this out, but next time I go shopping I’m defiantly going to pick some up and give this a try. I love the idea.

  1. Body Wash in a Sponge – Spongeables. Regular price: $9.62

This sponge has body wash already inside it and is Pink Grapefruit scented. I tried it out in the shower this morning, and it lathered up really soapy but stayed hard and stiff. At first I was annoyed but then I kinda felt like it was doing a better job exfoliating hard than it would soft so I got over it. I really like how it made my skin feel and how well it works.

  1. Smart Essentials 5-in-1 Beauty Massager. Regular price: $7.95

I was excited to try this, I’ve always wanted a fancy face cleaning device haha! It just needs 2 AA batteries (not included). First I used the scrubber to wash my face, it certainly felt like I was doing a more thorough job with this than when I just use my hands or a sponge. You know how much better you feel using a rotating/vibrating toothbrush as opposed to regular? This is like that but for your face. Just to get the full experience, I put on the flat pink piece and used that to apply lotion. It spins it right in to my skin and feels nice, too.  Pretty legit for the price of the product if you ask me.

  1. Swissco Detangling Shower Brush. Regular price: $8.00

As advertised, this easily went through my hair after my shower. Full disclosure : my hair usually isn’t tangled after a shower so… I’m not sure if my experience is reliable. The brush feels great anyways, though. The bristles are soft and flexible and don’t catch your hair. The handle is super soft to hold, too!

  1. Umbrella Rain Cloud Necklace. Regular price: $15.99

This necklace is really cute and very spring appropriate. It has a simple and classic look and can be worn with just about anything. I actually don’t wear jewelry, I don’t even have my ears pierced! So I may give this to my cousin or a friend as a “just because” gift. Like, just because I won’t wear it. Hahaha.

ADDITIONAL ITEM – $35 off my first HelloFresh box.

This is great, but I’ve already used HelloFresh before so I won’t be able to use this coupon. So if anyone wants to use that gift code – have at it!

I valued the items in this month box to be worth about $60.00! For a $19.99 a month box, that’s a pretty outstanding deal! This is why Peaches & Petals is one of the very** few boxes I stayed subscribed to after my first box.
