Hello! Bliss Box review March 2016

Hello! Bliss box is a subscription box that delivers a variety of lifestyle items to your door monthly. The boxes can include hand crafted jewelry, kitchen must haves, inspirational wall prints, organic lotions, and much more!

The Goods

  1. Dill Salt by La Luna Salt Company. Regular price: $6.00

This is my first experience with flavored salt, and it tastes pretty great actually. I couldn’t tell you what I’ll end up using it on, but today I tried it sprinkled on avocado and it was delicious. They also include a small sample of Chocolate Chip Cookie salt, which is a great salty chocolaty salt for cookies and brownies. I’m a big fan of sweet salty treats so I loved this.

2. Embrace the Mess Apron by Hello! Bliss Box. Regular price: $22.00

This is a cute apron. Whenever I cook, even if it is messy, I LITERALLY “embrace the mess”, as in I don’t use an apron… and honestly probably won’t start just because I have one. This is a cute apron with handy little pockets, though, so I will give it to a friend who uses aprons and surprise her!

3. Candy Buckingham Bracelet. Regular price: $12.00

Candy Buckingham bracelets are made using a variety of materials such as hand-painted glassware and one-of-a-kind recycled items. I think my eccentric second grade teacher would love this bracelet, lol! It is quite large and has a lot going on, I’ll probably wear it to the casino or when I go out to dinner.

4. Coffee Infused Anti-Cellulite Scrub by Beauty Within Us. Regular price: $10.00

This scrub smells and feels amazing. It is so smooth and creamy and smells good enough to eat! Caffeine tightens and provides antioxidants to the skin when applied topically, and can reduce the appearance of cellulite over time. Whether it actually works or not is up for debate, but regardless I am happy to have such a great feeling/smelling scrub to use. It doesn’t get much more action packed scent-wise than “Chocolate-Vanilla Café Latte”!

Inspirational Quote. Regular price: $5.00

Interesting they assigned value to this,  I’d never pay $5 for a card with an inspirational quote (what would I do with it…) Maybe if it was a magnet the price would be justifiable.

The value of the items in this box was $55.00 based on their listed prices for the included contents. The cost of the box is $29.95 per month. I think this box gave me a mom/teacher vibe and was not really my style, but if you like the items it offers, subscribing does offer a great value overall.

  1. Thank you for the awesome review! A quick update 🙂 Our inspirational quotes that we feature every month are typically 5×7 and meant to be framed or hung at the office! Our printer accidentally printed smaller 4×6 prints in this months box and we didn’t have enough time to replace them before shipments went out. We sincerely apologize to our customers for the inconvenience. As always, Be Blissful!
